Elizabeth Costabeber

Elizabeth (Liz) became the proud co-owner of Massey Physiotherapy in 2018.
Liz has worked in a variety of physiotherapy settings in New Zealand and Australia spanning across hospital, acute rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, private practice and sports settings.
Her special interests lie in Women’s/Pelvic Health primarily. She also works with pain management, concussion, lymphoedema management, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sport and work place injuries.
Liz has a practical hands-on approach with her clients, with an emphasis on goal setting and achieving sustained long-term results.
With her friendly and approachable manner, accurate assessment and treatment, clients receive profound results and are guaranteed a positive experience when visiting Liz.
Seeing progress in her clients throughout their recovery and assisting them to return to a pain free function as soon as possible so they can start enjoying their life again, is why she loves doing what she does.
Caleb McCollum

STUDYING A POST GRADUATE CERT IN REHABILITATION – AUT
Caleb joined Liz as co-owner of Massey Physiotherapy in 2023.
Caleb has worked in the United Kingdom (UK) and New Zealand gaining physio experience in the hospital, orthopaedic and vocational rehabilitation settings. His love for sport saw him work alongside the Scottish Institute of Sport, Scottish Senior Women’s Rugby team and other sports teams as the main physiotherapist for a number of years.
Since coming to NZ in 2019, his passion for orthopaedic rehabilitation, musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports has grown. His years training as a professional Olympic weightlifting athlete and CrossFitter has seen him deal with shoulders, knees, hips and back injuries. He has a keen interest in pre and post rehabilitation supplemented with a mix of manual therapy techniques and exercise rehabilitation.
He also has a keen interest in pain management, concussion, lymphoedema management, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sport and work place injuries.
Caleb‘s wealth of knowledge and gentle manner will ensure that each client gains an accurate diagnosis, identifies the right rehabilitation plan, leads them back to pre-injury health and most importantly becomes pain free. You are guaranteed to come out feeling better and more positive after your sessions.
Simoun Alumia
New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist
Simoun brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping people get back to what they love.
With a strong background in both private practice and hospital care, Simoun has supported patients through outpatient recovery, aged care rehabilitation, and sports injury management.
He specializes in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a keen interest in post-surgical knee rehabilitation.
Simoun’s hands-on approach, blending evidence-based rehabilitation and manual therapy, makes him a trusted guide to reaching your recovery goals.

Daniel Ching
New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist
Daniel joined the Waitākere Physiotherapy team in 2024 and is known for his practical approach, Daniel combines foundational dry needling with tailored exercises to help patients reclaim their independence and confidence in everyday activities.
His commitment to straightforward, effective treatment makes him an excellent choice for those looking to get back on their feet, pain-free.
